An open box wigs is either a wig that Frannie has reviewed on her YouTube channel, or a returned wig. All returned wigs that are sold as open box have passed a thorough inspection, and are in like-new condition. Oftentimes, the tags are still attached.

When wigs are used for video reviews, Frannie may have combed through the wig or styled it as part of the review process.
