How to use Store Credit

If you returned a wig for store credit, please follow the steps below to use your store credit on your next purchase.

1. Go to your email inbox, and find the email from orders@frannieshair.com containing your store credit gift card. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
2. Copy the 16-digit code found in the email.
   
   
3. Add the wig you're interested in purchasing to your cart, and click 'Checkout'.
4. At checkout, enter the 16-digit code into the Discount Code box. 
   
   
5. Click 'Apply'. You should see the total decrease by the amount of your gift card.
   
   
6. Please note that gift cards are viewed by our system as a payment method, so in your order confirmation email, the total will include the amount on the gift card.
