How to Exchange

If you received an item that did not work out for you, and is eligible for return, please follow the steps below if you prefer to exchange rather than return your item.

  1. Click this link to initiate the return process: https://frannieshair.com/a/returnzap
  2. Enter your email address and order number and click Search. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, not the packing slip included with your package. 
  3. Select the item you wish to exchange and select a reason.
  4. Please proceed to choose Store Credit as your return method. 
  5. Finish initiating your return by following the prompts on the screen.
  6. Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, you will receive your store credit via email, which you can use to order your exchange through the website.
