How to Start a Return

If you received an item that did not work out for you, and is eligible for return, please follow the steps below to start a return or exchange.

1. Click this link to initiate the return process: https://frannieshair.com/a/returnzap
2. Enter your email address and order number and click Search. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, not the packing slip included with your package. 
   
   
3. Select the item you wish to exchange and select a reason.
4. Choose Refund or Store Credit as your return method.
   If you prefer to do an exchange, please choose Store Credit. Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, you will receive your store credit via email, which you can use to order your exchange through the website.
   
   
   
5. Finish initiating your return by following the prompts on the screen.
6. You will be emailed a return slip, and a return label if you chose to get one, once your return is approved.
