How to Login
You can log in to your Frannie's Hair account to check your order status, see your order history, and check your rewards points. Follow the instructions below to log in.
- Go to this link: https://frannieshair.com/
account/login
- This is what the page should look like. Do not click "Sign in with shop"
- Enter your email address, and click "Continue"
- If you get a popup, do not click "Confirm it's you". Click anywhere else on the screen, and then click the black "Continue" button.
- Check your email for a 6-digit code. If you don't see an email from us, check your spam/junk folder.
- Enter your code and press "Submit"
