Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Frannie's Hair Loyalty Program. Program details can be found here.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
By using the Frannie's Hair Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Program is operated by Frannie's Hair LLC. We reserve the right to modify, change, or terminate the Program or any of its rules, benefits, or rewards at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
2. Earning Points
  • Base rate: Members earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent.
  • Calculation: Points are calculated based on the final subtotal after discounts and promotions are applied.
  • Exclusions: Shipping fees, taxes, and duties do not earn points.
  • Special actions: Points may be awarded for non-purchase actions (e.g., for a birthday bonus), subject to limitations defined on our rewards page.
3. Point Reductions & Returns
  • Refund adjustments: If a product is returned for a refund, the points earned from that specific purchase will be automatically deducted from your point balance.
  • Negative balances: If your point balance drops below zero after a return, future earned points will first apply to resolve the negative balance.
  • Restoring spent points: If points are applied to an order at checkout, and the order is subsequently returned for a refund or store credit, the points applied to that order will be restored to the customer once the return has been processed.
4. Redemption & Rewards
  • Thresholds: Points can be redeemed at checkout when different thresholds are met.
  • No Cash Value: Points hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Point Expiration

Points do not expire.

6. Abuse, Fraud, & Termination
We reserve the right to audit accounts. If we detect activity that abuses our rewards program, including but not limited to creating fake reviews, creating duplicate reviews, uploading fake images with reviews, or creating multiple accounts for the purpose of earning signup points, we will immediately reverse the points earned for these fraudulent actions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for abuse or fraud. Upon termination of an account, all accumulated points and unused vouchers are instantly forfeited.
